Having toured the world eating at various steak houses it is fantastic to see that Julien and his team have taken up the challenge of showing the French how to source and cook prime beek from around the world.
This place is up there amongst the top and any meat lover will find exactly what they are looking for here. „

While visiting Paris we came across this awesome Steakhouse right after their opening. First of all the quality of the meat is amazing... In addition to a local Charolaise cut, they import their meats from US, New Zealand, and Argentina. My favorite was a cut rarely seen outside of the US, a Filet with the bone at almost 1 pound cooked to perfection... crunchy on the outside and rare on the inside. Meat and grilling aside, I was very impressed with their service... It is not what you expect to find in Paris. They must go through a tough hiring process selecting people that really want to make you feel at home. All in all I was not expecting to find a world class Steakhouse just walking off Champs Elysees and George V. I will sure visit Charbon Rouge every single time I visit Paris!

Si comme moi vous êtes fan des viandes exceptionnelles, vous aimez le Filet Argentin , les Côtes d'Angus "prime",voire le top du top avec le divin Bœuf de Kobe..alors allez découvrir ce nouveau restaurant rue Marboeuf ,viandes cuisinées au grill, accueil très sympathique , petite visite du chef passionné qui vous parle de la provenance de ses viandes , tout est réuni pour passer un excellent repas.... Un must pour les carnassiers............
