Perched at the tip top of the hilly Parc des Buttes-Chaumont, Rosa Bonheur has recently become a destination watering hole for the bobos and hipsters of eastern Paris. Sangria and other cocktails are accompanied by small plates of mimimum effort food: savory cakes, charcuterie, cheese, terrines and other savories to soak up that sangria.
